Hello Swap ‘n Play Family,
I have a few announcements, and then enjoy reading the newsletter this week!
-Starting in April, along with adding Tyleena to our music mix, Mr. Ben will be doing a longer show for us! Non-members are still welcome to come for a $5 donation. (We will run the upstairs play from 10:45 to 12pm). Thanks Mr. Ben!
-Below you will find more info regarding our Google Group, Dave’s Bread Order, Craft Time this week, Mama Clothing Swap, Waggle ‘n Flap Family Dance Party, and our New Member Orientation.
-Member Dues are increasing to $25 a month in April. You can pay online through our website by clicking HERE or check/cash at swap.
Thanks everyone, and Happy Spring Break to all the hard working teachers out there!
Its time to order Dave’s Killer Bread again!! You can check out there website: www.daveskillerbread.com to see what breads are available.
To order please fill out your name, phone # and the # of loafs of bread that you want on the spread sheet link below. (The names of the breads and prices will be on the top of the spreadsheet) WE ARE GOING TO LIMIT THE # OF LOAVES EACH PERSON CAN ORDER TO 15 LOAVES. If you need to order more than 12 loafs for your family or friends you can visit the Dave’s Bread outlet store anytime! There is only a 12 loaf minimum to get the special discounted price. We are making this change b/c we were at our max for physically fitting all of the bread in our vehicles and we want everyone to have an opportunity to participate if needed.
Sometimes they are out of certain types of bread so if you are OK with a substitute please list that in the comments (ex: Ok to sub good-seed for 21-grain) We will pick up the bread on WEDNESDAY AM MARCH 28TH and leave it at swap back by the bathrooms or by the clothes bins with your name on it.
Please pick your bread up on Wednesday or arrange for a friend to get yours if you cant make it (a few months ago a mouse found its way into someones bread!!!!!) We should be back to swap with the bread by 8:30 am or so- but it does take awhile to sort :)The order will always be the LAST WEDNESDAY of the month 🙂 so you can plan ahead.
We will have a printed copy of the SPREAD SHEET WITH YOUR ORDER TOTAL PRICE printed on it AND A SIGN OUT SHEET (separate from the spreadsheet print off) LOCATED IN THE SIGN IN BOOK in Swap. Please check the amount owed on pick up as it might be different depending of bread availability. Please mark off on the sign out sheet that you have pick up and what type of payment and leave payment in the the mailbox. (make checks payable to Woodlawn Swapnplay) or you can paypal your order total to email@example.com.
